Yep, it is here. The newest banlist for upcoming March.
I'm not sure where to put this though, since this forum doesn't have a general TCG/OCG section, but I'm guessing that Favourite cards is the closest thing.

Oh, and by the way, this is the OCG version. The TCG has pretty much the same banlist (the TCG and OCG list became 1 banlist when Konami completely took over), with the exception of Brionac. We'll have to wait for the TCG list to see Brionac limited or not.

This list sucks. I'm happy that Lightsworn and Zombies got hit, but appearently, they still haven't have the brain power to ban DAD and JD. It's bloody stupid.

So the rumor about JD and honest got limited was fake T T.

Ah whatever. At least honest become a semi limited. That's enough.

About this new banlist, seems like Konami really wants to punish LS. Necro Gardna, Charge of Light Brigade and Lumina limited and honest semi limited. and now, here comes Raina, who charm light monsters. But the mystery still remain why JD is semi limited.

Cause I think Konami is in love with JD . Honestly though, if you compare their effects, JD is just a easier to summon, higher ATK Demise. How he has managed to avoid getting Limited, while Cyber Dragon is at 2 is beyond me.

On another note, wow at United We Stand going to 2, that means if you have a full field, a monster with 2 of those things will gain 8000 ATK o_0.

Lumina, Necro Gardna & CotLb was limited, Honest was semi, pretty much making LS weaker. =)

Smahing Ground @3 is nice. Now, a deck can run 3 Fissure and 3 Smashing Ground. =)

And finally Dandylion is getting semi after it was limited. Plus, Treeborn Frog also getting semi. With the release of the new Toad in Shining Darkness, this banlist also powered up Frog Deck. Yes!

Light of Destruction and Turbo Pack 1 are currently the best sold packs in the current meta. It's obvious that konami didn't want to lose their cards that are currently making a crap load of money for them, thus hurting decks in a different way.
