First of all, you should run Foolish. That card is essential to any Traptrix deck now that Dionaea is out. As weird as this may sound, I'd drop 1 Duality for it. I've found 1 Duality to be enough, at least in my Traptrix deck, since one does rely on Special Summoning a bit.
If your main focus of the deck is Traptrix, then drop a Beetron for a 3rd Dionaea. If not, then disregard that. Nepenthes can be useful, so I'd keep her in and just add Thunder King to the side (because don't forget Thunder King clashes with many of your cards: Hanzo, Myrmeleo, Verdant Sanctuary, ROTA, and Duality). Also keep the MSTs, it's more important to run backrow hate than monster hate especially since you have White Dragon Ninja AND Redox. Although now that I think about it, maybe -1 MST, +1 Forbidden Lance.
Now for the traps... +1 Traptrix Trap Hole Nightmare for sure, since that is both summon hate and effect negation, which is just what you wanted lol. What you take out for it is up to you, but I'd suggest a Wiretap (and for a bit more radical move, take out the other Wiretap for a Deep Dark Trap Hole). You have hardly any battle protection, so maybe take out PWWB for a Mirror Force? And I don't really like Breakthrough in here, but it's the best card for this deck as far as effect negations go. Fiendish Chain can be a double-edged sword with White Dragon Ninja on the field, and you could try Divine Wrath but ehh, your call.
The extra is very good but very standard lol. Kachi Kochi Dragon kinda sucks though... I'd take him out for the new Caster guy from PRIO (if this is a build on DN, anyway. If this is irl, probably Utopia or Lavalval Chain would be easier).
Lastly, definitely add Trap Hole and Acid Trap Hole to the side, probably 2 of each since your side deck is less than 15 cards. You'll be surprised at how well they can function. Maybe even a Chain Disappearance or 2 as well, but that's up to you.
Hope this helps!
