Other World Gods! (Alien God Cards)

Every one remember my Darkstar Dragon card I had made? I am thinking of making two more cards from my fanfic. A [PERFECT] Tuner, and a [PERFECT] Synchro monster. In a nut shell a [PERFECT] Tuner is a fusion made from any two tuner monsters. They all have one thing in common they have the word "Origin" in their name, or allude to it. A [PERFECT] Synchro monster is a normal synchro but made from a [PERFECT] Tuner. I am planning on making one of my "Other World God" cards. (Aliens!) All PERFECT synchros are level "13" (A hidden level) On a "Real" card they have no stars (its left blank) but are considered level 13 because it takes 13 total levels of monsters to make one.

Type: Machine / Fusion / PERFECT Tuner
Level: 4
ATK: 0
DEF: 0
Effect: 1 Tuner monster + 1 Tuner monster
When this monster is special summoned, special summon 1 level 4 or under monster from your graveyard.

Name: Ür'dunphor
Attribute: Earth
Type: Machine / PERFECR Synchro / Effect
Level: 13 (blank on cards)
ATK: 4000
DEF: 0
Effect: Ür'engin + 1 or more monsters whos total levels equal out to be 13
When you summon this monster destroy all other cards you control and all monsters your opponent controls. While this card is face up, neither player can summon or set monsters. This card cannot attack the turn its summoned. Once per turn you can pay half your life points to negate one card effect.

Your thoughts?

They are not "Aliens" Nor do they support the "Alien" Archtype. These are just called "Aliens" because they are gods from "Another World". They have nothing to do with the Alien cards nor do they have anything to do with any of the duel terminal archtypes that are otherworldy. They are their own Archtype called "PERFECT Synchros". Therefore they do not fall under any other card support, and closing the topic telling me to post them there would be pointless as they are their own archtype rather then helping another.
