Spirit of the Tailwind (a new charmer searcher?)

This is Spirit of the Tailwind

Level 4 Wind fairy type effect ATK 1800 DEF 900
If this card is normal summon: You can add 1 flip monster form your deck to your hand.
If you don't know the charmers are flip monsters so they are searcherable by this card witch is nice. But you have to wait a turn to set them but you going to use double summon to set it after you search with this card.
What do you guys think of this card?

This card was needed in the game ages ago.

Searcher for Magician of Faith, Penguin Soldier, Night Assailant, Magical Merchant, Ryko, Super-Nimble Mega Hamster, and all the banned Jars... useable in Charmers, Gravekeepers, Worms, Shaddolls, Prediction Princesses... this card will definitely see play in rogue meta.

Plus 1800's not bad, so it can hold its own on the field.

well, at least I get something to use in my Flip deck now :V

This card itself is good, I can see it's strong in Prediction Princess (search that Lv9 pot and you can immediately Ritual Summon Tarotrei with it) and Shadoll.

For Charmers,
You add Charmer to hand, and they still need more setup (unlike those popular Flip monsters like Magician of Faith, Penguin Soldiers, etc), especially after your opponent know you'll take their monster. It's really good if you just want to get +1 with Charmer, but, Unpossessed/Supply Squad did better job in that regard. If only this card is a Spellcaster-type, then it would be perfect for Charmers (spam that familiars).

If only Coinorma didn't negate your own monster effects during the turn you flip it, it would be a much better card. Oh well, Konami would never make Charmers that good anyway

Also, this card could also be used in a lolsy Gusto deck to search . Plus it's a WIND attribute, for what it's worth, so among other things can be recycled with Quill Pen.
