This is a deck I made based off of the lolsy character Maximillion Pegasus. It has some banned cards because otherwise it would be really bad. Also, his main boss monster is Thousand-Eyes Restrict, who is banned.

As you probably know, Pegasus loved Toons, so this deck mostly revolves around summoning and using Toons. Also, I don't run Polymerization because Metamorphosis is better. This is the closest I'll ever get to running Goat Control
