This deck seems solid, but always room for improvement.
So what do you guys think?

I think its great looks like it could take on some medium level decks
Maybe even higher i can see it doing some real damege

interesting Theme, Maybe Treaty on Uniform Nomenclature can be good in your Deck, and ADD more Tri-wight.

I think Rescue Rabbit would make your Deck Faster...

And Stamples Like Monster Reborn and Dark Hole, for example.

The Treaty I have in some of the other decks like this one. In all I have 9 decks like this. So there are some slight differences. The treaty is a powerful card but I have noticed in other decks it can be a dead draw.
Tri-wight is always awesome I might add more.
I intend to make this deck in real life so I don't want to include a 115 dollor card not only that but I prefer not using such broken cards. I do agree with you that all my decks like this would benefit from him but he isn't my style.

Dark hole and monster reborn are indead great in any deck but what cards do you take out? It is a delicate balance and I have found this deck quite wonderful in most aspects as it is.

Pretty. good. ^_^ There are certainly many cards that support normal monsters. 'tis pretty strong deck from what I see, and I also agree with you Wynn about the Tri-Wight. IMO, that card is really broken and may get banned soon since it will allow a person to do possibly infinite XYZ, infinite tribute summon, and easy synchro. But I am not the banlist monitor so that is just my opinion. XP

Overall, it looks good, unless someone strikes with spell killers and trap killers. Make sure you find a way to defeat that weakness, if you want to. But it is your decision...

One of things I like about these decks is theyare unique. I have 9 of them and I somehow managed to make them all different.
Tri-wright is definitly a good card but I wouldn't call it broken. Because it requires very spefic requirements most decks except maybe ojama don't use that many level two or lower normals. If I drew it in my first hand that may suck as most duels go quick.
But you are right all decks are unique and out of the 50 I have made on dueling network this is one of my favorites.
Oh yeah I beat a light pulsar dragon deck with it.
