There's a lot I can give input, so I guess I shall make a list of them instead
Let's start:
1. with a small amount of Pendy used in your deck alongside no lvl 1 Spellcaster, I suggest either taking out Abductor for something better like Magical Exemplar/Magical Something, or put in some lvl 1 spellcaster that's staple such as Effect Veiler
2. with a small amount of target alongside being generally powercreeped to death, I suggest taking out Miyabi alongside Kujakujaku, which really have no target to grab since you'll want your Wynn in deck for Unpossessed
3. instead of playing 2 terraforming + 2 field spell, its better to stack it up into 1 terraforming + 3 field spell, since no field spell in deck = terraforming in hand useless
4. instead of typhoon, try Twin Twister
5. Imperial Custom is bad, period. try something that will help you better instead, like Storming Mirror Force, Bottomless Trap Hole, and many other trap
6. there's a lot of better card to use in extra deck than Downerd and Crazy Box, even moreso if you're trying to make the deck competitive
