Priestess with Eyes of Blue (A new blue eyes card)

If your a yugioh player you at least have to liked the blue eyes cards. This is a new card for them as a V-jump promo.
This is the Priestess with eyes of blue

Level 1 Light spellcaster type tuner monster ATK 0 DEF 0
You can only use the (1) and (2) effects of “Priestess with Eyes of Blue” once per turn each.
(1) When this face-up card on the field is targeted by an effect: You can send 1 Effect Monster you control to the Graveyard; add up to 2 different “Blue-Eyes” monsters from your Deck to your hand
(2) If this card is in the Graveyard: You can target 1 “Blue-Eyes” monster you control; return that monster to the Deck, and if you do, Special Summon this card from your Graveyard.
I don't think this card would be good because it only adds Blue eyes white dragon,Malefic blue eyes white dragon,Blue eyes toon dragon and Blue eyes shinning dragon. The 1st effect only triggers when targeted for a card effect not form a attack target. The only good thing about this card is she is a spellcaster type monster. You can use the charmer's advance familiars to summon them form your hand and make a quick level 5 synchro monster.
