LIGHT Level 4 Fairy-Type Pendulum Effect Monster
Pendulum Effect: (1): As long as this card remains face-up in the Pendulum Zone, apply the following effects:
– You do not have to pay Life Points to activate a Counter Trap Card.
– You do not have to discard cards from your hand to activate a Counter Trap Card.
Monster Effect: (1): If this card is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can reveal 3 Counter Trap Cards from your Deck, have your opponent add 1 of them to your hand, also shuffle the rest back into your Deck.

Counter fairies get a nice support with this Counter trap searcher and cost-throwing pendulum card.

I think I'll try out Counter Fairies later.

I approve. And I don't even like Pendulums.

Ariadne is a sick name too. Greek mythology ftw cool!

I will like this card more if it has beautiful artwork like Athena. It's Ariadne afterall. But, then again Counter Fairies are consists of weird-looking mecha-like angels (Fairy type is called Angel type in OCG), so, fitting for the theme I guess.

Well we can always hope that another monster named Ariadne of a different kind is made with nicer artwork (or you can just make your own! lol).

Oh crap, forgot about the Solemn cards. Warning might get banned sooner than I predicted if this deck becomes good enough.

Although this does remind me of another card: Divine Punishment. It doesn't have a cost, but it can still be searched by this card's monster effect, and Sanctuary in the Sky can also protect Ariadne's battle damage. It's quite a setup once you have the deck going.
