| Now these are some heavy changes. With Bottomless at 3, pendulum decks won't get such easy wins now and have to play a little more carefully. It also seems Ptomaeus and Norden are banned, which have been key players for The Terribly Broken Rank 4 plays(especially going into Cydra Infinity) you will not be missed. | |

There's no real point in limiting an Extra Deck monster anymore (unless it causes loops like Dewloren), because most people just run 1 anyway. Either flat-out ban it or leave it alone. I think what they did makes more sense tbh, since Ptomaeus seems more abuseable on paper. Hit the engine, not the boss, Konami always says  | |
