This card is coming out in crossover souls.

Continuous trap card
Active only if you control no special summon monsters. The effects of all special summon monsters are negated until the end of the turn. If a Effect monster is special summon in Attack position: Change it to Defense position.
I think this card is good in a charmer deck. Because you get 100% steal your opponent's monster. Since charmers don't special summon all that munch witch makes this card live.

In an Unposessed build, I definitely doubt it. But it might work decently on a pure original charmer control build.

Yeah, considering the current state of the meta I don't think this card would be used in ANY competitive deck; Charmers are no exception.

It's nice that they referenced Back to Square One with the artwork though.
