Dust Storm of Gusto

Pulled this in a pack today. Is it any good?

I'd rather put a random vanilla in my deck than that garbage

it'd be useful if you're going for a Sphreez kill I guess, but that's the ONLY thing I can think of and even then I can think of plenty of things I'd rather run

Completely and utterly useless.
If it said
"When a Gusto attacks this turn, your opponent can not activate card effects til the end of the damage step" and it was a spell then it may have some use, though still not much.

The problem with this card is it only affects the attack part. Opponent can still use effects like other gusto. They can still use effects before then too.
If using it for sphreez trap stun is basicaly better. What does this stop that trap stun doesn't?

Okay, that's what I thought, but I was just wondering. Trap cards you can only activate on your turn are pretty slow after all.

I do like the artwork though...
