The basic idea of this deck is to get Sangan into the Grave, then bring it back with a revival card, preferably a Limit Reverse during the opponents End Phase, so I can switch it to DEF mode, then grab the perfect Charmer for whatever I'm dealing with.

3 Armageddon Knight - Get Sangan into the Graveyard.
2 Aussa the Earth Charmer
2 Dharc the Dark Charmer
2 Eria the Water Charmer
2 Hiita the Fire Charmer
2 Lyna the Light Charmer
2 Wynn the Wind Charmer
1 Familiar-Possessed - Aussa
1 Familiar-Possessed - Eria
1 Familiar-Possessed - Hiita
1 Familiar-Possessed - Wynn
2 Mystic Tomato - Searches out Sangan, can also use as a shield
1 Sangan - Used to search for the Charmer I need.
2 Spear Cretin - Sangan Revival, also, since it can summon face-down I can play a Charmer and flip latter. I used this with Roar to steal a few monsters in my test duel.
Spells:
3 Book of Taiyou - Instantly flip a charmer for its effect
3 Dark Eruption - Grab Sangan from the Graveyard, or Dharc if my opponent has a DARK
1 Foolish Burial - Send Sangan
1 The Shallow Grave -A Spear Cretin that I can use on my turn.
Traps:
3 Threatening Roar - Keeps my Charmers from dying on me
3 Waboku - Same as Roar, but more useful, my attacked Charmer will be flipped so I can steal right away.
1 Call Of The Haunted - Revive Sangan
3 Limit Reverse - Revive Sangan, then switch to DEF for Charmer
