mostly surprised at Raigeki and Super Poly moves (though Super poly I kinda expected, just not until the next list)

This list... I'm not sure what to think about it. On one hand, it's plain garbage. On the other... it makes perfect sense.
The only one I'm confused by is Wolfbark. Since he was practically just limited, it means his limiting was a mistake, which, if you've played against Fire Fists, you'd probably disagree with. Also I'm kinda mad Bujins got the X-Saber treatment aka were completely skipped over until they fell out of favor, but oh well. Expect Shaddoll reign for the next three months, TCG!

Shaddoll banlist. Glow-Up Bulb is perfect material for fusing Shekhinaga after NECH TCG released. Send Bulb from Deck via Shaddoll Fusion, revive it and blahblahblah. And Raigeki should be obvious that it's a strong spell that incapable of minusing Shaddolls.

Seems to me TCG actually did better this time. OCG basically went and massacred things, while TCG seems to be taking the approach of instead of killing stuff outright (though we've got an indirect early Shaddoll hit in the form of Super Poly) they're bringing stuff down to potentially give other decks a shot. Obviously only time well tell how well this works, if at all, but its at least a step up from just the usual "kill recent stuff so more recent stuff can take its place".


Now I eagerly await the HERO Structure deck, so that I can have a HERO deck with nearly a quarter of the deck being searchers.

ROTA comes to 3 is also to promote the Noble knight box set. They make sure noble knights to topped a YSC with their new support. Ragki will do nothing at least to me. It will be the staple card in every deck. But there are lots of cards that can negate a Ragki. For example dark bribe. Or even lots of cards that have a befit to being destroyed like the fire hand & Ice hands Yang Zing & Shaddoll.

I'd be amazed if NKs topped anything honestly, especially with the DUEA stuff running around now. Cool archetype by design, but pretty crap by playstyle. If anything, Six Sams are far more reasonable a bet currently for older warrior archetypes coming in to take a YCS spot imo.


Though I think Raigeki being dropped down is just because all the major stuff currently doesn't even care that it gets destroyed, and in fact most like it. Plus with all the floaters floating around...

Likelyhood of negation has never shown to be a factor in deciding what goes where far as I can remember, so I doubt they'd start using that now.

I don't need to elaborate anything. Just look at some of the stuff that came back, and you'll see how bad the gamestate is now. It's beyond repair to the point where we need those things. The only dick move by Konami I think is Glow-Up Bulb, because that card seriously has no right to be unbanned.

I'm seriously thinking that the ONLY reason RotA was limited to begin with is because of Stratos. Note that it's still limited in OCG.
